Free Shipping Eligibility
1. Free standard ground shipping on all Betta Bundle orders that to not include a live Betta fish. Free standard ground shipping to the contiguous 48 US states only. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
2. Free standard ground shipping on all Betta Bundle orders that include a Live Betta Fish except for shipping addresses located in the following states (MT, WY, ID, OR, WA, CA, NV, UT, AR, NM, CO & TX) Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Guarantee
Orders that do not include a fish shipping via Standard Shipping typically ship within 3-5 days of being placed.
Orders that do not include a fish shipping via an expedited shipping option placed Monday through Thursday typically ship the next business day. Orders shipping via an expedited shipping option placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship the next business day (Monday).
Orders that include a fish that are placed by 2:00pm CST Thursday will be shipped the following Tuesday. Orders that include a fish placed after this time will ship out the second Tuesday after the date the order was placed.
We reserve the right to delay shipping for live fish if we feel it is too hot or cold to ship.

Shipping to a Different Address
If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the Ship To Information page during Checkout.

Fish Shipping & Health Guarantee
All fish are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health. We ship fish via UPS to the Shipping address provided. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the package has shipped. Someone must be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt, or it must be diverted to be picked up at the carrier’s local hub. Failure to do this voids all guarantees. Please inspect all fish immediately upon receipt. If there is a health issue with your fish, you must notify us within the first 24 hours after delivery via email or by phone. In the event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival) we will request additional information, included but not limited to photos of the deceased fish, in order to process your claim. Due to the nature of the hobby, after 24 hours all live fish sales are final.

Returns
Live Fish – All live fish sales are final. Live fish cannot be returned

Dry Goods – You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise total* within 30 days of delivery. All you need to do is ship the item back to us. Return credits will be issued within 72 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
*All live fish sales are final. If you wish to return a Betta Bundle purchase that included a free fish, the retail value of that fish along with a restocking fee (15% of total original purchase price) will be deducted from your total refund.

Return Eligibility
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Items that have been used or modified in any way are not eligible for return. The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
• Live Fish
• Gift Certificates
• Clearance Items
